Whole Wheat Pancakes

Ingredients
4 cups Whole Wheat Flour4 cups All purpose Flour1 cup Sugar4 TBS Baking Powder2 TBS Salt1/2 tsp Nutmeg6 egg yokes6 Egg whites, stiffly Beaten1 cup butter, melted6 cups Milk
Directions
Mix together dry ingredients. In separate bowl mix egg yokes, butter and milk. Add to dry ingredients, mixing together well. Gently fold in egg whites. Fry on hot cast iron griddle, no need to oil pan.
