Crock Pot Salsa Chicken

Ingredients
2 lbs boneless skinless chicken breast1 cup salsa1 can petite cut diced tomatoes2 tablespoons taco seasoning1 cup onion diced1/2 cup celery diced1/2 cup grated carrot3 tablespoons yogart
Directions
Place chicken in crock pot. Sprinkle taco seasoning over meat. Layer veggies and salsa on top. Cook on low for 6-8 hours. When ready to serve, break chicken up using 2 forks. Stir in Greek yogart.
