Keri's Slow Cooker Ground Turkey Taco Soup

32 oz. fat free Beef Broth1.25 oz. packet Taco Seasoning mix1 oz packet Ranch Dip mix16 oz. ground turkey2 Tablespoon Olive Oil11 oz. canned corn14.5 oz. petite diced tomato15 oz. can chick peas3.8 oz. can sliced olives*optional---reduced fat/fat free shredded cheese
Brown 1 chopped onion with 2 Tablespoons olive oil, add ground turkey and cook through until slightly browned, add to slow cooker, drain all canned ingredients except diced tomato, add to slow cooker. Add all other ingredients. Cook on low for 6 to 8 hours. If desired top with shredded cheddar cheese.
