5 min Low Carb No Wheat Cream of Mushroom Soup

Ingredients
1oz Sliced Mushrooms.21oz (5-6g) chopped celery.25oz (6) frozen chopped onion1 tbsp Unsalted Butter1/4c Whipping Cream1/2tsp Tapioca Flour or other thickener(if using regular flour you will probably need abt a 1/2-1tbsp)1/4c Chicken BrothOR1/2c water.5tsp chicken flavoring (used ramen seasoning)
Directions
-In a medium skillet, sauté the mushrooms, celery and onion in the butter until soft. Keep on low to stay warm.
-In MW bowl:
-Add cream & broth
-MW for 30-40 seconds till heated through
-Gradually add & stir in flour till well blended
-MW for another 30-40 sec to allow soup to thicken
-Add mushroom, celery, onion mixture.
-Stir and enjoy
-add small amounts of water if it is too thick.
