Dijon Grilled Salmon

1 lb salmon (4 - 3oz fillets) 4 tbsp olive oil 2 tbsp dijon 3 tbsp tamari 1/2 tsp dried tarragon pinch red pepper
mix together everything but salmon.
Place salmon in glass or other baking dish with sides. Pour half the marinade over the salmon, cover with plastic wrap, and let sit in fridge for minimum 1 hr.
Heat grill pan over medium-high heat and season with cooking spray or olive oil.
Place salmon on grill and cook about 5 minutes on each side, or until you reach desired done-ness.
Serve with remaining sauce that's been heated.
