Mexican Brunch Pie

Ingredients
5 eggs, beaten2 tbsp. butter, melted1/4 c. all-purpose flour1/2 tsp. baking powder1 cup (8 oz.) cottage cheese2 c. (8 oz.) shredded Monterey Jack cheese1 (4 oz.) can chopped green chilies, drained (sometimes I add an extra can just because I LOVE green chilies!)
Directions
Preheat oven to 400F.
Mix beaten eggs with butter (melted) & baking powder in a large mixing bowl at medium speed until mixture is well blended. Stir in cottage cheese, monterey jack cheese, chilies & cilantro. Spoon into a well-greased pie dish.
Back uncovered 10 minutes; reduce heat to 350F & bake 20 minutes or until set.
