Quinoa and brown rice

Ingredients
IWhole Grain Quinoa, 2 cups*Brown Rice, medium grain, 1 cup Summer Squash, 2 mediumZuccini Squash, 2 medium*Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 1 tbsp Salt, 2 tsp (or to your taste)Beans, black, 1 cup 1 Onion Raw
Directions
saute onion and squash/zuccini in olive oil. add salt. Add quinoa with water listed on box. slowly boil, then add brown rice, continue cooking on med/low till rice and quinoa are almost done. add beans. (check times required on rice and quinoa to determine when to add each). continue cooking for 10 minutes.
