Slow cooker low sodium beef stew

Ingredients
Sirloin roast or thick cut steak 3-4 red potatoes1/2 bag baby carrotsCeleryOnionGarlicFlourPaprika Pepper Mrs. Dash garlic herb seasoningBay leafCanned no salt added tomatoes, whole broken up or dicedBay leafCanola oil
Directions
Cut beef into cubes. Mix flour and seasonings in zip lock baggie. Put beef in bag and shake to coat. Save left over flour mixture to thicken stew with later.

Brown beef in 2 TBS canola oil adding chopped garlic for the last minute. Put beef, chopped up vegetables, broth and tomatoes in crock pot. Add bay leaf. Cook on high for 6 hours, low for 8
