Slow Cooker Salsa Pulled Pork Tenderlion

Ingredients
2 lbs. Pork Tenderloin1 medium Jar of Salsa (mild to hot) your choice!1 small can of green chilies (now you can leave this out if you are not a "spicy" person)1 large Onion, sliced into large slices1/4 cup water1 tbsp. minced garlicAdobo seasoning for the pork
Directions
Take the tenderloin and rub it fully with the Adobo seasoning.
Add the Onion, and garlic.
top with the salsa and 1/4 cup water.
Set slow cooker on 6-8 hours and once done, take out the tenderloin and with 2 forks start shredding! Add the pork back into the salsa mixture and mix up. TA DA!
Makes about 6 1/2 cup servings.
