Slow-Cooker Potato Soup

Ingredients
6 slices of crisp-cooked bacon, crumbled2 1/2 to 3 cups diced potatoes1/2 cup chopped onions1 (16 oz.) can cream corn3 cups chicken broth1 tsp. salt1/4 tsp. pepper1 can (12oz) evaporated milk
Directions
Place all ingredients except milk in slow cooker. Cover and cook on LOW for 8 to 10 hours. Add milk and cook, covered, for 30 to 45 minutes longer.
