Plain Flour (150g)Baking Powder (1 tbsp)Baking Soda (1/2 tsp)2 Large Bananas (Mashed)Caster Sugar (55g)1 Large EggVanilla Extract (1/2 tsp)Butter (55g)Sultunas (65g)
Preheat oven to 180 Celsius.
Grease muffin pan or line with paper muffin liners.
In a bowl combine flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt together. Add in the mashed banana, sugar, egg and vanilla extract. Blend until well mixed.
Add in the butter and mix well.
Place the mixture into the prepared muffin cups. Bake 15-20 minutes or until skewer comes out clear.
