Ingredients
1/4 cup Progresso Bread Crumbs - Italian Style 1 Egg - Large (1 egg) 1 can Northern Catch Pink Salmon (canned, drained, backbone removed, 1/4 cup serving size, cmr)
Directions
Makes 4 to 5 patties. Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Fry until browned on all sides in 2 Tbsp oil or Pam. Can mix in some dill spice (about 1 tsp or to taste) or shredded cheddar cheese.
