Chicken Bowl

Ingredients
Boil-in-Bag Rice, 2 cup Sweet peppers (bell), 2 large (2-1/4 per lb, approx 3-3/4" Onions, raw, .5 medium (2-1/2" dia) Chicken Breast (cooked), no skin, roasted, 16 ounces Beans, black, .75 cup *Herdez salsa verde (green salsa) - 2 Tbsp, 8 serving Yellow Sweet Corn, Canned, .75 cup Taco Season pakcet
Directions
Put chicken, salsa, beans and corn into the crockpot and season (I use 1/4 a packet of taco seasoning plus some extra spices) Cook for 4 hours on high
Boil rice in pot according to directions
Chops up peppers (I use red, green, yellow, and orange) and onions and cook them in a pan till soft.
Combine all ingredients in a bowl and enjoy.
