Coconut Chicken

Ingredients
24 chicken drumsticks - browned4 c coconut milk - Aroy-d2 tbs crushed garlicheaping tbs of chili paste4 in of fresh lemon grass2 tbs fish sauce1 c water
Directions
Brown the chicken in a cast iron pan - no oil needed, mix all of the other ingredients together in your slow cooker or pot. Add chicken and cook.
