Basic Oatmeal Yogurt Jar

Ingredients
1/4 C Oats 1/3 C Almond Coconut Milk1/4 C Yogurt1 tsp chia seedsnatural sweetener (honey, syrup, brn sugar...)fruit of choice
Directions
add oats, yogurt, milk, chia seeds shake to mix. Then add a sweetener (honey, syrup, brn sugar) and fruit of choice. Refridgerate overnight. Will keep @4-5 days depending on fruit added.
