Tofu Portabella Bake with Shredded Brie

One package soft silken tofu, drainedOne 10 ounce package frozen spinach, while in bag squeeze out remaining liquid when thawedOne egg, crackedOne small wheel of brie cheese, cut off outer rind and shredLarge sliced portabellos
Mix drained tofu, drained thawed spinach, egg, and about 3/4 shredded cheese. Fold into small greased and floured pan. Layer remaining brie over top and mushrooms over that. Sprinkle with garlic powder. Bake 20 minutes until bubbly, broil on high 2 minutes. Let stand for a minute. Makes four servings @ 170 calories each
