Helen's Stir Fried Green Beans with Ground Pork

0.75 lb ground pork4 cups green beans chopped to 1 inch pieces4 cloves garlick finely chopped1 cup of onion finely chopped2 tbspn light soy sauce2 tbspn canola oil1 cup chicken broth1 tspn granulated white sugar1 tspn kosher salt1/2 tspn black pepper
1. Heat oil in pan and then sautee your garlic and onions for 1-2 min.
2. Add your ground pork and cook until the meat is done. Around 4-5 minutes.
3. Add the salt and pepper.
4. Add green beans and cook for another 3-5 minutes over high heat.
5. Add sugar and mix well.
6. Add chicken broth and simmer for 1 minute. Let the chicken broth steam the green beans so it will cook some more.
