Cherry Salmon

Ingredients
1 pound of Salmon cut into two pieces5 tablespoons Cherry Preserves, divided 2 and 31 tablespoon rice vinegar 4 tablespoons soy sauce3 teaspoons minced garlic2 teaspoons ground ginger
Directions
Make Marinade with all ingredients, reserving 3 tablespoons of Cherry Preserves for glazing.
Add Salmon and marinate for 1 hour
Broil on tin foil for 5 minutes.
Flip and spread the 3 tablespoons of cherry preserves
Broil an additional 5 minutes.
