Ham Scraps with whole wheat pasta

Ingredients
*Whole Wheat Flour, 1.5 Tbsp*Breakstone's 4% Cottage Cheese, 0.5 cupOikos Organic Greek Yogurt, Plain, 4 ozMilk, 1%, .33 cup *BELLA TERRA Pasta Gemelli Whole Wheat, 1.5 cup **Hillshire Farms Deli Select Brown Sugar Baked Ham, 8 oz *Cheese - Pepperjack, 3 oz*Boar's Head Sharp Cheddar Cheese, 3 oz*sweet yellow onion, raw (1 medium onion), 1 serving *Red Bell Pepper (Peppers, sweet, red, raw) (USDA) (1 large, 164g), 1 serving Celery, raw, 1 stalk, large (11"-12" long)*Bok Choy, raw-shreaded, 1 cup
Directions
Cook Pasta and drain
Put cottage cheese in a cup, add flour and stir with a fork.
Add Yogurt and stir.
Add pasta, cut up veggies, ham, and yogurt mixture to a baking disk mix well.
Top with cheese, pour milk over top (will keep bottom moist)
Bake until warm (350 for 30 min)
