3 med. potatoes, thinly slicedcanola oil (per cooker instructions)soul seasoning
Directions
Heat oil in fryer according to manufacturer's instructions. Thinly slice potatoes, rinse, and place in hot oil. Cook until golden brown. Drain in basket then on paper towels.
