Ingredients
Rice Noodles with stir fried shrimp & veggies
Directions
Cook noodles according to instructions and set aside.

Heat sesame oil in wok. Stir fry ginger, red pepper, onion till tender. Add Shrimp and cook till just pink.

Combine soysauce, with 1/2 C water, chili sauce & sugar. Add to shrimp and veggie mixture. Bring to a simmer. Add cilantro, bean sprouts & nuts just prior to serving.

Serve over noodles.
