Firefrog's Fruit Salsa

Ingredients
Directions
1 can crushed pineapple1 cup diced strawberries1 cup blueberries2 Kiwi fruits (peeled and diced)1 cup diced fresh apples1/4 cup lemon juice1 jalepeno pepper, finely diced4 green onions, sliced thin1/2 cup diced sweet onion. (Vedalia)
Combine all ingredients into a bowl and stir well. Chill and serve. Great with tortilla chips (regular or cinnamon or dried apple slices. Also great on an Englich muffin with a touch of low fat yogurt for a brakfast with a little kick!
Great for cookouts or pot lucks. If you don't want to serve on chips, chop the fruits a bit more coarsely and it's a fruit salad with a little extra pop!
