1 onion1/2 bulb garlic (2 Tbls)1 pound ground chuckAdd3 cans petite diced tomatoes3 Tbls chili powder1 Tbls cumin1/4 tsp pepper1/4 tsp cayenne1 can beans (pinto or kidney)Simmer 1 hour
Directions
Sauté onion and garlic
Add and brown g round meat
Simmer 1 hour or use slow cooker
