Peameal, egg and brie on brioche

Ingredients
One slice of brioche1 egg1 slice of peameal1 slice of brie
Directions
Lightly toast the brioche
Add one slice of freshly cooked peameal
Add one freshly cooked fried egg
Add one four .5cm slice of brie

Finish off in a press machine or lightly grill to slightly melt the brie.
