4 Purdue Chicken Breast Italian style1 cup of Progresso Italian style bread crumbs8 Asparagus Spears, fresh2 oz of Monterey Cheese
Pound each chicken breast (Purdue Italian style, individually wrapped chicken breast) to a thin thickness
Drag each side of each breast through the bread crumbs
In the center of chicken breast place 2 asparagus spears with a 1/2 ounce of cheese and fold over.
Place the chicken in a shallow cooking dish and cook at 375 for 30 minutes
