Angel Chicken with whole wheat spaghetti

Ingredients
Chicken breast, 1lb4 oz. Neufchatel cheese (1/3 less fat)1 can cream of mushroom soup, 98% fat free1/2 cup water1 chicken bouillon cube1/2 lb cooked whole wheat pasta2 Tbsp butter1/2 envelope Italian dressing mix (Good Seasons)
Directions
Dissolve bouillon cube in 1/2 c. water heated over low heat and combine with cream cheese, soup, Italian dressing mix, and butter. Warm until mostly combined; there will be "chunks" of cream cheese but they will melt during cooking time.

Cut each chicken breast into 4 to 6 pieces and place in bottom of slow cooker. Pour soup/cheese mixture over the chicken. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours. Prepare spaghetti according to package directions. Drain and combine in slow cooker with chicken mixture. Turn slow cooker off, unplug, and let sit about 10 minutes before eating.
