Barilla Spaghetti in Mushroom and Noodle Broth

Ingredients
1/2 box Barilla Spaghetti2 quarts beef broth2 tablespoons olive oil2 cups onion, thinly sliced1 cloves garlic, minced1/3 cup fresh cilantro, chopped8 oz. fresh mushrooms, slicedchili pepper, if desiredsalt and pepper to taste
Directions
Bring beef broth to a boil, add spaghetti
Heat olive oil in a separate pan, cook onions until translucent.
Add garlic, mushrooms and cilantro to onions.
Reduce heat and cook until mushrooms are done.
When spaghetti is cooked add mushroom mixture and chili, if desired, return to a boil.
Serve with fresh cilantro garnish.
