Melanie C.'s Spaghetti Squash Broccoli Alfredo

Ingredients
Chicken Breast (cooked), no skin, roasted, 16 ounces Spaghetti Squash, 4 cup Broccoli, fresh, 2 cup, chopped or diced Olive Oil, 2 tbsp *Aldi Minced Garlic, 4 tsp *Flour, white, .13 cup Swanson Chicken Broth 99% Fat Free, 1 cup great value greek nonfat yogurt (plain) - 1 c., .25 serving Milk, nonfat (skim milk), .25 cup Parmesan Cheese, shredded, 12 tbsp
Directions
Roast squash and broccoli.Cook chicken in olive oil on stove top. Remove chicken from pan. In pan used to cook chicken, prepare sauce using remaining ingredients.
Add squash, broccoli, and chicken to pan. Heat thoroughly. Season to taste with salt and pepper, nutmeg is optional.
