Chocolate Applesauce & Greek Yogurt Bundt Cake

Ingredients
Applesauce, unsweetened, 2 cupCocoa, dry powder, unsweetened, .33 cup *Salt (table), .5 tsp*Flour, white, 2 cupGranulated Sugar, .75 cupBaking Soda, 1.5 tspEgg, fresh, whole, raw, 2 large Dannon Light & Fit Greek Yogurt - Vanilla, .5 cup
Directions
In small bowl combine applesauce, cocoa, and salt and mix well. In large mixing bowl mix flour, sugar & baking soda until well blended. Add applesauce mixture and stir until well incorporated (mixture will be thick). Add eggs, one at a time, incorporating them into the mixture well, after each addition. Mix in the Greek yogurt and stir until well blended. Pour mixture into a greased and floured bundt pan. Bake in a preheated 350 degree oven until a toothpick inserted in the center of the cake comes out clean. Let the cake cool in the pan for 15 minutes, then invert onto a serving tray. Let it cool completely before glazing/icing (optional).
