Bariatric Creamy Fresh Salmon with Lemon and Dill

Ingredients
2 lb salmon fillet, skin onSalt and pepper6oz cream cheese- room temperature1/2 lemon1 Tbsp. fresh dill
Directions
Preheat the oven to 425F. Sprinkle the fish with salt and pepper.
In a bowl, whisk together the cream cheese, chopped dill and squeezed half lemon juice.
Arrange salmon filet, skin side down, in a single layer on the prepared baking pan.
Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly on top of the fish. Bake for 35-40 minutes or until the salmon is easily flaked with a fork. Serve with rice and vegetables.
