Fresh Start Smoothie

Ingredients
1 cup frozen wild blue berries 1 cup spinach1 tbs peanut butter1 cup of skim milk
Directions
Use your favorite blue berry , add spinach, Adams all natural peanut butter and I cup of milk
Throw everything into the blender and pulse until smooth then blend for 2 mins.
