Ingredients
*Perdue Bread low fat chicken breast cutlet, 4 servingEgg substitute, liquid (Egg Beaters), .25 cup *Progresso Bread Crumbs - Italian Style, .5 cupcooking spray Italian seasoningssaltpepper
Directions
dredge chicken tenders in egg substitute then bread crumbs (with seasonings added).
spray baking sheet with cooking spray, lay coated tenders on pan and cook 20 min at 450 degree oven. (turning chicken once).
