Jalapeno Dressing

Ingredients
jalapenogarlic 1 clove1 tsp yellow mustard2 T white wine vinegar1/4 teaspoon kosher salt1/4 teaspoon black pepper6 tablespoons Olive Oil
Directions
Put jalapenoin a food processor or blender and roughly mince. Add garlic clove and mince.
The mustard should be added next and blended. Slowly add the olive oil while blending, this step is essential for creating a creamy emulsified dressing.
