Ravioli w/ Salmon-Ricotta Sauce

8 oz Trader Joe's mini cheese ravioli2 garlic cloves1 t butter1 t cornstarch1 C skim milk1/2 C mozzarella1 C fat free ricotta cheese1 pouch (7.1oz) pink salmon2 t dill weed1-1/2 t lemon peel1-1/2 t lemon juice1/4 t salt
cook ravioli according to package.
i a large saucepan melt butter and garlic. combine cornstarch & milk until smooth, gradually stir into the pan. Bring to a boil, cook and stir until slightley thickened.
Stir in mozzarella cheese until melted. Stir in riccotta cheese, salmon, dill, lemon peel, lemon juice & salt.
drain ravioli. add to sauce. cook and stir until heated through.
