Ingredients
EggplantLemon juiceGarlicTahineParsleyPaprikaSalt PepperWater
Directions
Poke eggplant to allow steam to vent
Prehear oven to 375
Bake eggplant until shrivelled
Scoop out interiour and place in blender - careful, hot!
Blend with tahine, lemon juice, garlic and all other ingredients.
Add a little water if the blender won't whirl.
Enjoy as a dip.
