Egg Salad

Ingredients
6 large hard boiled eggs, peeled and finely diced1/4 cup red onion, finely diced1/2 cup celery, finely diced1/3 to 1/2 cup mayonnaise1/2 teaspoon salt1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
Directions
Mix all ingredients except mayonnaise together in a medium sized mixing bowl. Add mayonnaise in an amount sufficient to just hold the ingredients together, being careful not to add too much.
