Ingredients
1 1/2c canned or cooked, mashed pumpkin1c Splenda1 1/2 t cinnamon1/2 t nutmeg1/2 t ginger1/4t cloves
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a pot. Simmer for 30 minutes. Place in jar. Best cooled, eaten the second day.

    Instead of Splenda (which I don't have) I used a 1/4 brown sugar. I also wanted it to simmer better (I don't have a slow cooker) so I added 1/2 cup applesauce. Heating it for 30 minutes is the key! With help, it is FIVE STARS!! - 2/10/11

    Way to much sugar and way to sweet!
    I would cut the Splenda down to about 1/2 cup, even less.
    I had to throw my batch away, but I maybe would try again with less Splenda - 1/21/08
