1 apple - any kind1 to 2 tbls sugar free pancake syrupdash cinnamonbutter flavored cooking spraywater
Cut, core and slice thinly the apple.
Spray a small non stick skillet liberally with the butter flavored cooking spray...
Heat over med heat and add the apple. Saute for a minute or two. Add a tbl spoon of syrup and saute turn for another minute. Then add 1/4 cup of water to the pan and let the apples start to become soft and break down a bit. Add a dash or two of cinnamon and continue to cook until soft. If they aren't soft enough add a little more water and more syrup if not syrupy enough.
