Ingredients
1 Red Onion1/2 Red Bell Pepper1/2 Green Bell Pepper1/2 Orange Bell Pepper1/2 Yellow Bell Pepper20 cherry tomato cut in 1/22 Tbsp Minced Garlic2 Tbsp Butter12 oz Dark Beer30 Med Raw Shrimp (Tail Off)2 TBsp Creole seasoning
Directions
Chop all vegetable in large bite size pieces. Please in large skillet. Add butter and seasoning, saute until crisp tender. Add beer and simmer for 20 minutes. Add shrimp and cook until shrimp is done.
