crockpot chic spinach wild rice soup

Ingredients
1 12 oz can of canned breast of chicken in water or broth1 box of frozen spinach1 pack frozen birdseye wild rice and vegs 1 cup white wine (whatever on hand )1 can cream of chicken fat free soup2 qts chicken broth reduced sodium fat freehalf a bag of baby carrots or frozen carrot slicesspices: all to taste- i don't add much of any except for the bay leaves.. at least 3 big ones! garlic powderpepperseasoning salt poultry seasoning bay leaves work day----dump ....cook on low for 8+ hours or microwave the frozen things (and the carrots if raw) and cook on high for one hour... before serving I used my stick blender to blend couple of cups to give it a bit thicker quality - not necessary- it is great either way! kitchen smells great.this soup freezes excellent! better next day of course! makes about 8 huge servings.
