Crock Pot Lasagna

Ingredients
8 Creamette Lasagna Noodles, Uncooked1 Lb. Lean Ground Beef1 Tsp. Dried Italian Seasoning1/2 Onion, Diced2 Garlic Cloves, Minced2 Jars of Prego Traditional Sauce1/3 Cup Water4 oz. Sliced Mushrooms16 oz. of Dean's Low-Fat Cottage Cheese, Small Curd2 Cups Kraft Shredded Mozarella - Part Skim, Low Moisture
Directions
Brown ground beef with onion and garlic - drain fat and then stir in Italian Seasoning. Spray Slow Cooker with cooking spray. Break uncooked noodles. Place half of noodles in bottom of greased slow cooker. Spread half of beef mixture over noodles. Layer half of the sauce and water, half of the mushrooms, half of the cottage cheese and half of the mozzarella cheese over the beef. Repeat layers. Cover and cook on low for 4-5 hours.
