Chicken in white sauce

Ingredients
Chicken Thigh, 1 thigh, bone and skin removed Baked Chicken Leg (Small) 1, 4 serving Baby Carrots, 3 oz. Potato, raw, 3 medium (2-1/4" to 3-1/4" dia.) Butter, unsalted, 1 tbsp. Milk Skin 5 cups
Directions
Melt butter in pan and add 1 tbs. of flour to make argue. Add 1.5 cups of milk to make it thicker. Take off heat. Place in slow cooker and add remaining milk. Stir to mix.
Place in chicken in and add cut baby carrots and chopped up potatoes. Cover and a put on high for about 3 hr. till it gets hot. Make sure you stir once in a while. Then turn down to low and cook another 2hrs.



Serving Size: This make 5 servings. Or 2 servings depending on how hungry you are.
