2 eggs1 c. sugar1 c. flour1/2 tsp. cinnamon1/2 tsp. salt1/2 tsp. baking soda1/2 tsp. baking powder1 c. chopped apples1/2 c. raisins (opt.)1/2 c. nuts (opt.)
Beat eggs and sugar very well. Sift dry ingredients. Add to eggs and sugar. Stir in apples, nuts and raisins.* Bake in greased and floured tin at 350 for approx. 50 min. Yields 1 loaf cut into 12 slices.
