3 5oz. Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts2 29oz cans Pinto Beans, not drained2 15oz. cans Swanson Chicken Broth 99% Fat Free1/2 cup Pace Fire Chipotle & Jalapeno Salsa2 Tbls. Ground Cumin3 cups Mexican Blend Shredded Cheese (2% or Light)
Cook chicken breasts in crock pot for 3 or 4 hours. Pour out juice and skim off fat, shred the chicken in the pot. Add pinto beans (not drained), chicken broth, salsa, cumin, and shredded cheese. Stir and let cook another 1/2 hour at least.
