Clean veal chilli

Ingredients
veal minceTinned Tomatoes (Napolina)Drained Kidney Beans half pint water2 Garlic Cloves1 Small Onion2 tsp Cumin1 tsp chilli powder1 Tsp Coriander seed
Directions
fry mince and drain
add chopped onion garlic and spices to empty pan and heat until aromatic
add tomatoes
half pint of water and crumbled oxo cube
bring to boil
add mince and kidney beans
transfer to slow over/cooker for 2-3 hours to taste

Serving Size: makes 5 servings, for portions and one left over for lunch
