Green Beans & Portabella Mushroom Casserole

Ingredients
Unsalted butter 1 1/2 TbspOlive Oil 1 1/2 TbspBaby Portabella mushrooms sliced 12 ozSweet Onion 1/4 medium sliced or dicedGreen Beans (string beans snapped) 24 ozTrader Joe's Condensed Cream of Mushroom Soup 1 container Water 1/2 cupSwiss Cheese Shredded 1 1/2 cup Fried Onions Pieces 4 oz
Directions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees

Heat Olive oil and butter in a large heavy skillet

Add mushrooms and sauté until they become soft and lightly browned

Add onion and continue to sauté until soft and lightly browned

Add green beans and sauté until heated through

Add mixture to a medium size casserole dish

Top with cheese and fried onion pieces

Place in oven and bake until cheese melts and becomes warm and bubbly

About 15 to 20 minutes
