Banana Bread

Ingredients
8 bananas1.5 cups sugar1 cup canola oil4 cups flour2 tsp baking soda1 tsp salt
Directions
puree or mash bananas well
mix all ingredients together well
pour in jumbo size muffin pans with liners or non stick spray
Cook for 30-45 minutes until done
