Cottage Cheese Muffins

1 teaspoon becel2 eggs1/4 teaspoon cream of tartar1/4 cup no fat cottage cheese1 tablespoon flour1/2 pkt sugar substitueGarlic spice to taste [I use McCormicks Garlic Plus]
Preheat oven to 300 degrees
Separate egg whites and egg yolkls. Beat the egg whites until frothy. Add cream of tartar and continue to beat until still peaks form. In a medium-sized bowl combine egg yolks, cottage cheese, flour and sugar substitute. Mix well. Add the mixture to the beaten egg whites and fold in gently. Fill each muffin cup 2/3 full with batter. Bake muffins until they are golden brown and spring back when touched with the back of a fork [25 to 30 minutes]. Remove and serve.
