Gluten Free Banana Protein Muffins/Bars

1 cup Fage Nonfat Greek Yogurt2 ripe bananas (mashed)2 eggs2 cups Gluten Free Old Fashioned Rolled Oats1 1/2 tsp. Baking Powder1/2 tsp. Baking Soda1 scoop Raw Vegan Protein (I like Sun Warrior)1/2 cup Gluten Free Mini Chocolate Chips
Mash your bananas first then add all ingredients except chocolate chips. I like to break down the oats separately then add to mix. Blend until batter is smooth and creamy. Stir in chocolate chips by hand. Pour batter into prepared muffin pan, filling each cavity until it is about 3/4 full. Bake for 12-15 minutes, until the tops of your muffins are set and a toothpick inserted into the middle comes out clean. Allow muffins to cool in pan for approximately 10 minutes before removing. Store in air-tight container in refrigerator for up to a week.
