Pan Seared Salmon Wrap

Ingredients
3 oz Atlantic salmon1 ea Wheat tortilla2 oz Hollandaise sauce1 Tbsp Olive oil spread1 leaf Lettuce2 0z Brocolli pieces2 oz Cauliflower pieces2 oz Non fast ranch dressing with salsa
Directions
1. Pan sear salmon skin side first and then turn briefly.
2. Cut salmon in half and place on tortilla over the lettuce.

3. Pour hollandaise over salmon and roll up tortilla.
4. Cut tortilla in half diagonally.
5. Add brocolli and cauliflower on side with non fat ranch dressing with salsa

Serving Size: 1 Wrap cut in half with side
